What is PitchProcure?

PitchProcure connects small businesses with the right opportunities. For Matchmaking Week, it's how every meeting gets made — matching sellers and buyers on fit and availability, then scheduling your 15-minute video calls on Google Meet.

What to Expect

Who is on each side of the table?

Buyers
Companies that have contract opportunities or are looking to connect with small businesses.
Ex: Corporate members, Class 3 or 4 MBEs, CBOs, government agencies

Sellers
Companies or individuals looking for contract opportunities, or the opportunity to pitch their business services.
Ex: SBEs, MBEs, suppliers, entrepreneurs

What is a "match"?

For this event, a match will be a 15-minute video chat between a Buyer and a Seller. These matches will be set using the information each Buyer and Seller puts into their profile for opportunities and will be based on best fit and availability.

How are matches scheduled during the week?

As Buyers and Sellers set up their profile, they will select all times they are available to meet for a 15-minute video chat during the week of August 17-21 from 10 am to 4 pm PT. Using this availability, matches will be scheduled. All times the Buyers or Sellers select may not be filled with matches.

How will I be notified of my matches?

Buyers and Sellers will receive an email with their matches that includes the date, time, and basic information of the contact they have matched with the week before the event.

What should I have prepared for my call?

As you set up your profile PitchProcure will walk you through everything that is required.

Need help creating materials? WRMSDC will be hosting 4 virtual sessions to walk you through the requirements and help you create your documents to put your best foot forward. More details coming soon!
